I knew from the age of 15 that I wanted to be a Naturopath, I was always interested in health, science and the body and when I did my school work placement with a naturopath I was excited, this was my perfect fit. After finishing 4 years of Naturopathic studies in 2000 I began working in health shops as a naturopath consultant and then in 2006 commenced my own private practise in Melbourne.
I now have 2 lovely young boys and have worked part-time during their early years to be able to spend time with them. Now that they are at school I have more time to help you, my clients, and focus on my fitness with walking, yoga, and roller skating.
I have a passionate interest in looking after the planet. To me the health of people and the health of the planet are intwined. I make environmentally sustainable choices in every step of my practise, from using recycled materials in my paper and bag choices, to having the bottles and cream jars reusable and recyclable to using renewable energy and using the most eco-friendly printing company. I try to reduce my carbon footprint wherever I can.
I am also passionate about community and creating that feeling of interconnectedness with the people around me.
